At Mind Growing Therapy, I understand that anxiety, depression, and trauma can leave you feeling stuck, isolated, and disconnected from the life you want to live. My mission is to guide you through your mental health journey and empower you to unlock your potential.
I use an integrative approach, combining Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), alongside complementary practices such as breathwork, mindfulness, and yoga. Together, these methods create space for deep healing and lasting change.
My approach is always centred around you – your voice, your choice. You are the expert in your life; I bring expertise in evidence-based treatment. Therapy is a collaborative process, built on respect and trust, where we work side by side to rediscover your strength and resilience.
I support you on your journey to healing – helping you regain stability, reconnect with your authentic self, and build the life you deserve.
At Mind Growing Therapy, every therapy journey is unique.
Compassionate support delivered online, in the safety of your own space.
Using EMDR, IFS, CBT and holistic practices, I provide tailored therapy to support recovery, manage symptoms, and foster long-lasting wellbeing—available worldwide online.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate, evidence-based approach for healing anxiety, depression, and trauma — especially early or complex trauma. IFS welcomes every part of you, creating a safe and supportive space to understand your inner world. Together, we explore your internal system, release emotional burdens, and nurture greater balance and self-compassion. This process fosters resilience, confidence, and a deeper connection with yourself.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps you recover from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and distressing memories. Through guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation, EMDR supports the brain in reprocessing painful experiences, easing emotional distress, and restoring a sense of calm and control. This gentle, structured approach promotes long-term healing and lasting wellbeing.
Every person’s story is unique, and therapy is tailored to your individual needs. I draw on a blend of evidence-based approaches — such as EMDR, IFS, and CBT — to support your healing journey. Sessions move at your pace, grounded in collaboration, safety, and compassion, so you can rebuild trust in yourself, strengthen resilience, and experience lasting personal growth.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based treatment that helps you understand and manage symptoms of anxiety, OCD, phobias, and depression. It focuses on identifying unhelpful thought patterns, developing practical coping skills, and building long-term emotional resilience. CBT is collaborative and goal-focused, helping you create meaningful change while learning strategies to navigate life’s challenges more confidently.
Hi, I’m Monika Antas, the founder of Mind Growing Therapy. I’m an accredited Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in mental health care. Over the years I’ve worked in the NHS, voluntary organisations, and private practice, and each role has deepened my understanding of what people need when they’re struggling.
I’m accredited with the BABCP and trained in EMDR, Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I’m also a qualified yoga teacher, and I love bringing mind–body approaches into my work.
For me, recovery is about so much more than just talking. It’s about reconnecting with all parts of yourself — mind, body, and heart. That’s why I blend traditional therapies with practices like yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness. My aim is to create a safe and supportive space where you can not only ease your symptoms, but also build resilience, find balance, and begin to feel hopeful about what’s ahead.
Years of Experience
At Mind Growing Therapy, I believe in your mind’s incredible ability to heal, grow, and adapt. Thanks to neuroplasticity, your past may shape you—but it doesn’t have to define your future. With the right support, deep healing and transformation are always possible.
As your therapist, I’ll walk beside you every step of the way—offering compassion, clarity, and encouragement as you rebuild trust in yourself. I know reaching out can feel daunting, but seeking therapy is an act of courage and self-care, not weakness. My approach is grounded in safety, empathy, and connection, creating a supportive space for genuine growth.
Whether you’re working through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, or low self-esteem, you don’t have to face it alone. Through online trauma therapy, I’ll help you reconnect with your strength, calm, and confidence—and move towards a life that feels freer, lighter, and truly your own.
For those who prefer therapy from the comfort of home, I offer secure online therapy sessions via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. This flexible approach allows you to access effective psychotherapy without travel, making it easier to fit therapy into your schedule and saving you time.
